Heads up! KEXP has an amazingly stacked slate of upcoming live studio performances on the horizon. At work or at play, in the cubicles or on the beach, set your respective browsers or radio dials to KEXP.org or 90.3 FM (in Seattle, 91.5 FM here in NYC during select hours) starting TODAY at 3:00 pm EST as Frightened Rabbit kicks off a week of live goodness that will also include sets from Plants and Animals, The Dodos, Extra Golden, Jaymay, and Ravens and Chimes. We can already attest to the mighty live shows of both The Dodos and Plants and Animals, so perhaps most intriguing in this lineup for us is the Extra Golden performance next Tuesday. Their outstanding new album Hera Ma Nono has been getting lots of listens around these parts lately.
