Labelmates, colleagues, friends and lo-fi kindred spirits Chad VanGaalen and CMJ ‘08 favorites Women are heading out on a European tour together starting this Thursday, November 20th. Both are riding high on a pair of excellent new albums - VanGaalen’s Soft Airplane and Women’s self-titled debut - from which you can check out some selections below. Here are the shared tour dates:

In addition to these dates, VanGaalen is performing with Wolf Parade on December 1st (at Club 100 in London) and playing two dates alone in Sweden on December 3-4. Meanwhile, the men of Women have two other European dates scheduled after their go-round with VanGaalen, December 3rd at London’s The Windmill and December 4th at Paradiso in Amsterdam.
