Some of you are very familiar by now with our community The Goondocks and have really embraced all of its offerings: enjoying our exclusive mixes and MP3s, chatting with fellow music lovers, starting pertinent discussions and rants, and posting your own photos, songs, videos, and more. To that, we’d like to say thanks and it’s great to have you!

Others may still be unfamiliar with the site; perhaps you’ve seen the above banner on EF but aren’t really sure what it all means. In that case, we say don’t be afraid….come one come all and kick it with us all down at the Goondocks…we’re now 360 members strong and counting, and the more voices in the mix the better the overall community will be. Especially with all the countless numbers of amazing shows, bands, events, parties and panels about to make the NYC area absolutely explode over the next few weeks, we encourage you all to post your own CMJ experiences on the community site. What are you most looking forward to? What are you dreading? When it’s all said and done, what was the best show you saw? The most disappointing? Let us - and your fellow Goondockers - in on the action and aware of what we missed and what to look out for next time. After all, we are kinda sorta a family…..
